Some of these parks can occasionally serve more than 25 people per group tent area (the parks are Milo McIver, Joseph Stewart, Sunset Bay and Cape Blanco). There is a per person charge of $3. for areas that allow more than 25 people. For information on exceeding the 25-person limit at these parks, call 1-800-551-6949.

Group RV camping
Group RV parks are areas set aside for large numbers of rigs, though they don't offer hookups. Designated group RV camps are available at three parks:
Champoeg
Silver Falls
Fall Creek Reservoir (Fisherman's Point)
The fee is $100 base rate plus applicable tax. Anything over 10 units is a base rate of $10 per night per RV at all three locations (Champoeg, Silver Falls and Fall Creek). The sites are reservable by phone up to 9 months in advance by calling 1-800-452-5687.

Club camping
If you don´t want or need a large group camping area, your group can simply reserve a block of campsites at any state park campground that accepts reservations. If your group reserves and uses 10 or more sites together in the summer (May 1 to Sept. 30), or five or more in the fall, winter or spring, you qualify for the Club Camper discount:

One $8 reservation fee is charged for club camping reservations. This fee is applied to the wagonmaster´s campsite.

Free use of a meeting hall for one day if your reservation is at Beverly Beach, Bullards Beach, Cape Lookout, LaPine, Nehalem Bay, South Beach, Stub Stewart (Dairy Creek Meeting Hall only), Sunset Bay or Valley of the Rogue. The free meeting hall is not available on the last day of your stay* (see more details below).
Beverly Beach
Bullards Beach
Cape Lookout
LaPine
Nehalem Bay
South Beach
Stub Stewart (Dairy Creek Meeting Hall only)
Sunset Bay
Valley of the Rogue
With club camping, one member of your group must assume the duties of Wagonmaster. That person is responsible for making the reservations by calling 1-800-452-5687, paying the fees, assigning sites to campers within your group (and returning that information to us no later than three days before your visit), arriving first at the campground, delivering a final list of group campers the next morning after arrival, and taking care of extra vehicle charges.

Club camping details:
Club camping is available in any Oregon state park campground. Campers must reserve a minimum of 10 campsites during the summer season or a minimum of 5 campsites during the Discovery Season (Oct. 1 - April 30). The only facilities that are eligible for club camping are tent, electrical or full hook-up campsites. Special facilities such as yurts , cabins, or horse camps are not eligible for the club camping program. The dates of these reservations must overlap each other for at least 1 night during the entire period that is being reserved. Club camping reservations must be made 10 or more days before the first arrival date in the group. Club camping for one night entitles your group to one day free use of a group meeting hall if one is available at the park (except Silver Falls North Falls Lodge, Champoeg, and Honeyman). You must use the free day during your reservation period (except for your departure date). To obtain free use of the group meeting hall, you have to reserve it at the time you make your club camping reservation.

Each site that is cancelled is charged an $8 cancellation fee. If the total number of sites reserved falls below the required minimum, any remaining sites will be charged an $8 reservation fee per site. If you have the use of a meeting hall for free, you will have to pay for the meeting hall, including the reservation fee.
